Eligibility Rules

What are the eligibility rules for the Silestone® Ugly Kitchen Contest?

Any designer, independent, professional or student, can enter any kitchen design that uses Silestone colors.


Eligibility Restrictions

Here are the steps you take to enter the contest:

  1. Create an account for a username and password (you will be sent back a welcome letter after you have registered)
  2. Log into the www.silestoneusa.com/contest website
  3. Register for the contest (before registration closes on March 30, 2010)
  4. Enter as many projects as you like (You will be sent back an e-mail confirming your entry)
  5. Winners will be announced online on April 15, 2010. You will also be able to view all winning entries.


Multiple Submissions

I would like to submit two or three different designs; can I do this?

Yes, you can submit multiple entries, but each design should be entered as its own entry.


Submitting Images

What exactly are the limits to "digital images submitted on line." Can these be anything that can be submitted digitally (scan of a sketch or photo)? Or must they have been created digitally (e.g. image capture from a digital camera)?

To clarify, the digital images must be uploaded as a JPG and less than 1mb in size - so YES, it can be a scan of a sketch, a photo of a mockup, or an image that has been created digitally.
