THE FOLLOWING CONTEST IS INTENDED FOR THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES.

The Silestone Design Contest is open only to natural persons (i.e. not corporate or business entities) who, at the time of entry, are 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States. Upon entering this contest, entrants agree to waive any rights their state of residence may provide in regard to contests. Void where prohibited by law. Eligible entries must be of projects using Silestone® and installed between the dates of September 1, 2011 and September 30, 2012.

Employees, directors, officers and principals of Cosentino USA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, agents and their immediate families (e.g., parents, children, siblings, spouse), including any other persons with whom they are domiciled, are not eligible to enter or participate.

Entrants may enter the contest by fully completing and submitting the entry form available online at www.silestoneusa.com/contest .

Except as hereinafter provided, the contest will begin on May 1, 2012 and will end on September 30, 2012. Entries for all prizes must be received by 11:59PM, CST, September 30, 2012. Potential prize winners will be notified by U.S. mail, email, telephone and/or overnight courier within fourteen (14) days after selection. If winner is unreachable after 21 days, or if winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries received. Any attempted prize notification which is returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification, in which case a selection of another winner will take place. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Cosentino USA which are final on all matters pertaining to Contests. This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, where applicable. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Each winner, and not Cosentino USA, is solely responsible for all other arrangements, costs and expenses, not explicitly listed herein, associated with receiving their prize, including without limitation, any taxes or other fees imposed by a government authority. Cosentino USA's decisions as to the administration of the Contest, eligibility of entrants and selection of potential winners and actual winners will be final and binding in all respects. Contest judges ae subject to change without notice and at Cosentino USA's sole discretion. If any provision of these Rules is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, the illegal or unenforceable provision is severed and the remaining provisions of these Rules shall remain enforceable. These Rules embodies the final and exclusive agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous negotiations and agreements, whether oral or written.

By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Contest Site. Cosentino USA reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest, acting in violation of the Official Rules, or acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COSENTINO USA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Cosentino USA is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest.

Cosentino USA is not responsible for, and Cosentino USA may disqualify, entries that are lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible, misdirected, failed transmissions, partial or garbled transmissions, whether the result of human, mechanical, electronic error or whether in the transmission, submission or processing of the entries or otherwise. Cosentino USA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Cosentino USA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or entrants on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any on-line or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Contest. Cosentino USA reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest for any reason.

Cosentino USA reserves the right to disqualify any entrant, who is found tampering with the entry process or with the conduct or operation of any Contest or in violation of these Official Contest Rules.

By entering, all entrants release and hold harmless Cosentino USA and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, participation in this promotion, or while traveling to, preparing for, or participating in any prize-related activity.

By accepting any prize, the entrant agrees to release Cosentino USA from any and all liability and hold it, its principals, directors, officers, employees and agents, harmless from and against any and all claims, demands or actions arising out of entrant's acceptance, receipt or use of any prize.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to Cosentino USA and its affiliates to use each winners name, city and state of residence, likenesses, and any statements made by winner regarding the contest and the prizes, for publicity purposes (including, without limitation, use on the web site of Cosentino USA and/or its affiliates, social media profiles and others as applicable) without any compensation. Entrants further agree that Cosentino USA's liability with regard to the Contest is limited to the amount of the prizes offered and under no circumstances shall include attorneys fees; nor shall any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for punitive, incidental, consequential or other similar damages or have any damage awards multiplied or increased for any reason.
