THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES.
1. ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons (i.e. not corporate or business entities) who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of the United States and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Upon entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to waive any rights their state of residence may provide in regard to Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, directors, officers and principals of Cosentino USA, Scripps Networks, LLC, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, agents and their immediate families (e.g., parents, children, siblings, spouse), including any other persons with whom they are domiciled, are not eligible to enter or participate.
2. ENTRY:
Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by fully completing and submitting the entry form available online at www.silestoneusa.com. Multiple entries per person/e-mail address or postal address are not allowed. Submission of multiple entries will result in disqualification of all entries submitted by that person/e-mail address or postal address. Winners must be available to travel during the March or April weekend which will be pre-determined by COSENTINO USA after the Sweepstakes. Winners will be responsible for their travel documents.
3. WINNER SELECTION AND SWEEPSTAKES DATES:
Except as hereinafter provided, the Sweepstakes will begin on December 15, 2009 and will end on February 19, 2010. In the state of Florida, the Sweepstakes will begin on December 22, 2009. In the state of New York, the Sweepstakes will begin on January 15, 2010. The Entries for all prizes must be received by 11:59PM, CST, February 19, 2010. Potential prize winners will be notified by U.S. mail, e-mail, telephone and/or overnight courier within fourteen (14) days after selection. If winner is unreachable after twenty one (21) days, or if winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries received. Any attempted prize notification which is returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification in which case a selection of another winner will take place. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
4. PRIZES:
Each winner will be awarded a free, three (3) day, two (2) night, trip for two (2) where they will be given a tour of the HGTV Dream Home in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Approximate value of prize is not to exceed $2,500.00. Actual value of prizes will vary based upon location of departure and airfare and hotel price fluctuations. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Prize includes the following: transportation to Santa Fe, New Mexico, two (2) nights in a hotel to be provided by Cosentino USA, a $500 Amex gift card for meals, transportation to and from the HGTV Dream Home, and a guided tour of the HGTV Dream House. No cash-spending allowance will be provided. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent.
Travel dates will be arranged for winners based on specific dates of availability to be provided by HGTV.
A representative assigned by Cosentino USA will accompany the winners on their tour of the HGTV Dream Home. Winners will be flown from their original
destination and back. Winners must travel at pre-determined dates selected by Cosentino USA. Winners will be responsible for their travel documents.
NO PRIZE SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Cosentino USA which are final on all matters pertaining to
the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes, fees, and
surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and
selection of an alternate winner.
Each winner, and not Cosentino USA, or Scripps Networks, LLC, is solely responsible for all other arrangements, costs and expenses, not explicitly listed herein,
associated with receiving their prize, including without limitation, any taxes or other fees imposed by a government authority. Cosentino USA's decisions as to
the administration of the Sweepstakes, eligibility of entrants and selection of potential winners and actual winners will be final and binding in all respects.
6. CONDUCT:
By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Sweepstakes Site. Cosentino USA reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or online; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COSENTINO USA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes.

failed transmissions, partial or garbled transmissions, whether the result of human, mechanical, electronic error or whether in the transmission, submission or processing

computer online-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or entrants on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the
Internet or at any online or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or
downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. Cosentino USA reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.

for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession,
misuse or use of any prize, participation in this promotion, or while traveling to, preparing for, or participating in any prize-related activity.
By accepting any prize, the entrant agrees to release Cosentino USA and Scripps Networks, LLC, from any and all liability and hold it, its principals, directors, officers, employees and agents, harmless
from and against any and all claims, demands or actions arising out of entrant's acceptance, receipt or use of any prize.
8. USE OF INFORMATION:
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to Cosentino USA and its affiliates to use each winners name, city and state of residence, likenesses, and any statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstakes and the prizes, for publicity purposes (including, without limitation, use on the web site of Cosentino USA and/or its affiliates) without any compensation and for purposes of complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Entrants further agree that no claims, judgments or awards shall exceed the amount of the Sweepstakes prize and under no circumstances shall include attorneys' fees; nor shall any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for punitive, incidental, consequential or other similar damages or have any damage awards multiplied or increased for any reason.
